I want to cancel my application. How can I proceed?

If your application has already been approved or submitted to the relevant registry, cancellation may not be possible. In all other cases, cancellation eligibility depends on the status of your request. Please contact us at [email protected] with your tracking ID, and we will review your request.

How long will it take to receive my certificate? Can I track the progress?

Processing times vary depending on the certificate type and jurisdiction, ranging from a few days to several weeks. We will notify you by email once your request is completed or if further information is needed.
