Fees

Our standard service fee is €79 (non-refundable), charged upon application acceptance. This fee covers document handling, expert support, and submission. Any official government fees and courier costs are additional and paid by the applicant.

Refunds for denied applications will cover only government fees. Management or service fees paid to our company are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Before payment, you’ll be asked to verify and confirm all data provided. It is your responsibility to correct any errors before proceeding to checkout.

By contracting our services, you also agree to the terms of our Merchant of Record, Norgenic SL, registered in Spain with CIF B67882019. Norgenic SL manages secure digital transactions in compliance with applicable financial and legal standards.

Limitation of Liability

Document issuance decisions lie solely with the relevant authority. We cannot be held responsible for delays, rejections, or requests for additional documentation. We strongly advise you not to make travel plans until your documents are approved.

We are not liable for delays caused by government bodies or third-party providers such as couriers. Any disputes related to delivery must be resolved directly with those providers.

Our liability is strictly limited to support in the application process. We are not responsible for rejections, errors made by the applicant, or any consequences of misuse or misinformation.

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters related to these Terms and Conditions.

This site complies with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 on the transposition of EU directives regarding trademarks, travel services, and digital security.
